Projects Time Line

1906 The original 12 x 30 structure was built.

1930 - 1950 Two additions were made enlarging the structure to its present size.

1972 Purchased from Loxie Eagans.  Landscaping improvements and grounds cleanup.

1973 Some new carpets, appliances, and roofing installed.

1974 Digging of the partial basement and crawl space.

1975 Bathroom flooring replaced.

1978 Federal Block Grant Funds were used to remodel.  New electrical service panel and complete rewiring, new plumbing system installed, kitchen remodel with all new kitchen cabinets, vinyl floors, carpets, insulated windows, siding and paint, stiffening of floors, trussing of roof system, electrical baseboard heating installed, complete remodel of bathroom.

1979 Outbuilding constructed

1980 Outbuilding enlarged

2004 Major cosmetic upgrades.  All interior walls painted; Hardwood Floors stripped, sanded, stained and refinished; Bathroom floor tiled, new sink and toilet installed; Master Bedroom carpeting installed; forced air electric furnace system installed; Exterior walls fully insulated and attic insulation enhanced; kitchen, utility room, and front bedroom windows replaced with vinyl framed window units; kitchen cabinets refinished and new counter tops installed; new tiled floors in utility area; new dishwasher and kitchen stove.  New bathroom sink and tub faucets and kitchen faucets.

2006 Roofing stripped and replaced on house and shop, Exterior repainted, new gutters; Landscaping enhancements
